You will also receive a pattern for cutting the felt into the perfect shapes to make your darling cupcakes.

TOOLS NEEDED:
-Hot glue and hot glue gun or Fabric Glue.
-Scissors
-4 circles of cardstock to use as a base for inside of cupcakes
