I know - I have not been good at updating my blog lately. My sweet mom reminds me every day and I promise to do it and then I just get busy. We will be in our new house by the end of the month so I will definitely be on here more then!
I have been wanting to edit all my photos before I post them but I am just not going to get it done in that order! I figured I would get them on here and then I will just have to edit them as I print them.
Anyway, we had a blast at Disneyland! The kids were in absolute heaven!! They loved every minute of it! The weather was just about perfect. A little cold the second day but not bad. We drove down to California Wednesday night and went to Disneyland and California Adventure Thursday and Friday. Brian's sister, Liz, lives there so we hung out with her family Saturday and stayed at her house that night. Sunday we went to church with her, watched the end of the Master's and then drove home. It was a great trip!
I asked the boys what their favorite part of Disneyland was. Here are their responses:
Tyler - "The Star Wars ride. And the Buzz ride. Space Mountain was too scary." He was big enough to go on a lot of the bigger rides this year so it was fun! Brian and I took turns taking him on them! He got a little scared but was very brave!
Matthew - "Luke Skywalker." That's it -- every time we would ask him, he would say the same thing. He never saw Luke Skywalker and he was too little to go on the Star Wars ride but he still maintains that Luke Skywalker was his favorite part of Disneyland. He is hilarious!! He keeps asking me when he will be big enough to go on the ride so he can see Luke and C3PO "creepio". Goofy little guy. He was very afraid of the characters which surprises me about him. He finally warmed up to Woody though with help from Tyler and he wanted to go back and hug him so we did. So cute!!
Nathan just had fun hanging out in the stroller, eating and taking it all in! He is such a little talker lately! He hollers at everyone to get their attention and then flirts with them! He says da-da all the time but no mama yet! He tries to say Tyler. It is so cute! When I call for Tyler he will look around and then say it too! But it sounds more like "ta-ya". It's so cute!
Well, that's all I have time for right now. I have a lot to do this week - working on some scrapbooking assignments and getting some more things for our house. I can't wait to get in there and put it all together! I am so excited!! Tyler has school today so I have to get things going around here. Have a great day!!
