I went back to the gym today for the first time after having my baby. It has been 6 weeks and I have to admit that I have missed it! It sure felt good to go back! I feel so much better about myself when I take the time to work out. And I just love the weight-lifting - love to feel strong!! For me the gym is a break from my enormous to-do list and all the stresses of life. It gives me a chance to just relax (sounds ironic) and take a few breaths without 20 things coming at me from all directions. Plus, my kids absolutely love the day care at the gym. They love to go and play with all the kids and the girls that work there are awesome and so good to my boys! They were all so excited to see Matthew and anxious to see Nathan. (Tyler is usually in school when I go - but they adore him too!) So.. now I feel energized and ready to get some things done... the next step is just deciding where to begin! LOL!
